Half Chest relates to the width of the T-Shirt measured across the front from side-seam to side-seam.
To find your Half Chest measurement, measure an item of clothing you like the fit of; (1) Lay it flat and (2) Measure from side seam to side seam approximately 2cm below the armpit.
Body length is the distance from the top of the garment, where the shoulder meets the neck (i.e. the highest point) to the bottom hem.
